Third Time's the Charm??

Let's be honest.  This is my third blog in the last 4 years.  The other two... well... for various reasons, the didn't pan out the way I wanted them to.  But I have complete faith that this one, oh this one is going to be great.

Here are my personal (and now public) goals for this blog:

1.  Be able to communicate with friends/family about the happenings and goings on in our home.  We have a lot of friends/family abroad so I hope this space makes it easier for some of them to follow along.

2.  Make me take more pictures and write more about our goings on.  I am great at crafting/doing, not so great at taking pictures or actually sharing the info on how I did it.  People ask me all the time for pictures or "how to"s and hopefully this will give me a great space to do that.

3.  Keep me off Facebook for like 20 whole minutes.  Right now that is my main way of updating about our lives and really, it just isn't what I want it to be.  Our kitchen renovation was fantastic and we've got some great pictures to show, but they are shoved into a Facebook album with limited caption or explanations.  In fact, a lot of our first home is hidden away in a Facebook album or folder and waiting to be seen by our friends and family.

So here it is.  My list of goals.  You've gotta know where you're headed if you want to ever get there right?  Well then I guess it's time to get started.
